pink dress and a sun hat

Happy Monday!  Although I'm pretty sure nobody is quite happy on a Monday! Ha!  This past weekend my boyfriend and I went to Napa! I was super excited since I have just turned 21 so now I could wine taste! We went to two wineries but didn't wine taste. I'm not a huge drinker but I did have a glass of rose at dinner!
Since it was so warm I opted for a cotton shirt dress, it was so light and didn't stick to my body! (hate that!) I had found this dress in the back of my closet and had no idea when I got it! It ended up being so beyond perfect!

I love adventuring around cities and finding charming homes and shops. It's one of my favorite things to do, I mean how cute is this yellow beauty! I highly suggest going to downtown Napa and the riverfront! So completely stunning!

I found some similar options below! Happy shopping!

5 tips on finding your true authentic style

Hello lovelies! Today I will be talking about how I found my true authentic style and how you can too! I've given you 5 tips below! Enjoy!
Finding my personal style took me years to try to figure out. All throughout my childhood I would be in the most girly floral dresses with my hair done up with a bow and pretty shoes. I grew out of that trend when I was entered middle school. Those three years I would always be in sweats and a jacket. I was extremely shy and didn't want to stand out. Then in high school I started experimenting. One day I would be preppy then I would go more "goth" wearing a leather skirt, black converse and a rock band t-shirt. I was literally all over the place but during my senior year I found what I felt confident in. Which was ultra feminine dresses, sometimes preppy but always classy.

Today I will be talking about how to find YOUR true style!

While mastering your true style may take years, I've come up with a few tips on how to help you find your true style!

1. Always wear something that makes you feel like a million bucks. Whether that's a beautiful floral dress, jeans and a cute tee or maybe even all black! Confidence is key!

2. Wear something that makes sense for your life. Example: Don't buy a $3,000 Gucci ball gown if you live near the beach. What makes sense for MY life is lots of dresses and feminine accessories! Living in Cali the weather is pretty much always warm so a sun dress is always my first choice.

3. Trust your instincts and be authentic. The most important thing about building your style is to be true to yourself. Don't focus on the size or who the designer is because this will only hinder your creativity! Own your style, be proud of YOU and embrace who you are and who you want to be.

4. Seek inspiration. Find fashion bloggers or make a Pinterest board of styles that you truly love and make you excited about getting dressed. When you feel comfortable you look and feel your best!

5. Clean up and Clean out. Take a look inside your closet and either toss or sell items that you either haven't worn or don't like. A good closet cleanse will allow you to feel ready to become the true you, in terms of personal style.

Last weekend after hitting up the farmers market, I changed into this floral wrap dress to walk around the Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Fransisco. The gorgeous and beautifully designed homes made the perfect backdrop. As my love for wrap dresses has grown so has my collection of them! This dress accents any body type and is perfect for any occasion!

white linen and stripes in the mountains!

Hello ladies! So glad to be back on the blog! I've missed it so much but I've also had the best week in Tahoe! As much as I am a city girl, a little R&R in the mountains doesn't hurt. Over the week I posted where my favorite spots are in South Lake Tahoe so if you are headed to Tahoe anytime soon, go check out my Instagram page!

After Tahoe, my family headed up the mountain to my meme and papa's house. Is there a place for you that makes you feel completely whole and warm? That's what my meme's house is for me. She always has warm cookies or a chocolate cake ready and her garden is always full and colorful. I couldn't help but take pictures there.

Lola girl was in complete heaven at her meme's house. She has a huge lawn area and Lola would run and run all day long and finally pass out around 9pm. She usually has her 1pm nap but she was way to excited! I was quite nervous with her being so free to run around (all you dog mama's out there get it) but she did amazing! Whenever I would call her name she would run back, she honestly is the best pup ever!

One of my favorite looks for summer is a sweet linen skirt with a striped tee. Can you say classic! The best thing about this summer uniform is that I can wear this anywhere...a BBQ, brunch out with friends or the beach!

Thank you all for your continued support, love you all!!

polka dots and a quick update!

Hi ladies! Some really exciting changes are happening to my blog! First up I have my own website now! Woohoo! It's a slow process because I am a perfectionist but some serious kudos to my #instagramHusband for being the tech guy and building my website. Now one kind of sad/ disappointing tidbit is that "All Things Pink" was already taken and we tried to buy it off the seller but no such luck. SO my new blog name is "Think All Pink". While it is similar it's still not my original name but its all good. I'm starting to warm up to the new name! I'll give you updates to when my website will be up! I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all ladies, I appreciate every single one of you!
Much love!!

I have found the most perfect  polka dot dress and guess what it's only $57!!!

Also sorry not sorry about this boater hat, its my favorite accessory right now and yes you need one!!! Plus it's on sale!

Quick talk about these ballet flats, I get really bad blisters with every pair of shoes I have ever owned, except these flats! They are so beyond comfy and they are under $50!

5 style tips to help you get dressed in the morning!

Hello again! I hope everyone had a lovely weekend but sadly it's Monday again! Work hard to play hard ladies!
This dress has become one of my instant favorites. Its ultra feminine touches and the way it lays on the body are beyond beautiful. Funny story about this dress, yesterday while walking into church my sister said I looked like a plantation owners wife. (She always comes up with some weird person or thing that I look like in my outfits!) I said back that while she looked like she could beat someone up in her outfit, I could sue someone in my outfit. Ha! She thought that was quite funny and totally agreed with me!

Today I'm giving you boss babes some tips on how to get dressed faster in the morning!

1. Pick out your outfit the night before. There's nothing worse than running late and picking out an outfit that you regret all day long.

2. Make your hair and makeup routine EASY! Everyone has a go-to routine so if you wake up late you can slap on some makeup, pull your hair back and throw on your outfit and look AMAZING!

3.  The night before when you're picking out your outfit...check the forecast for the next day. There is nothing worse than picking out a killer outfit and have the weather not agree.

 4. Eat before you get dressed. Eat in your robe or in your pj's! If your dribble some coffee or some oatmeal on your work outfit, well now you have to scramble to pick out another outfit or try to get a stain off your blouse and honestly who on Earth has time for that?!

5. Take it easy! Mornings are stressful, take 5 minutes to meditate or do some yoga. This may seem counter intuitive to the morning hacks, but taking time to slow down actually creates more space in your life. When you're less stressed, you're more effective, and life is more fun.

I hope that helps make you a more successful girl boss! Lots of love!
