Dressing for spring while its still cold is probably the most frustrating thing. I pulled out all my spring clothes and then El Nino hit the Bay Area hard. One of my favorite spring trends that made a comeback are culottes! They pair amazingly well with heels! Also my new favorite top with the adorable bell sleeves, that I just cannot get over!
