The second set of Who What Wear is available at Target and yet again I went crazy...this dress is the ultimate spring essential. Its light and airy plus a skinny scarf is attached which adds a little femininity and a whole lot of chic!I added this pink leather jacket, because you can never have to much pink, am I right?! I also got these lace up flats at Target which was a major score! And of course the most essential piece in my closet, my Chanel purse.
